I been coming here for 2 years now! Everytime I feel pain in my body I always come here to get adjusted! I would 100% recommend this place!

I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Mitch and I can definitely feel the difference, better sleep, less back and neck pain. The staff, Diane and Jayden are also very friendly and it is always a pleasure to come and get adjusted. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I have not used the facility personally, but per my mother, Kimy Badal (patient), I tell you that Dr. Benson has worked wonders on her. My mother has had aches and pains here and there but with her recent car accident, it debilitated her. When she was finally convinced to go to a chiropractor, she said that it was like night and day. Dr. Benson was patient and very understanding of her hesitation and was able to work with her. He was able to figure out the root of the problem. This was very important to her because their "Nani" needs to be able to keep up with her 2 grandchildren. Just being able to stand upright for long periods of time or even walking straight after a while was a struggle for her, but l've seen such improvements. She also mentions how great his staff is.

I had a consultation here and was really impressed by how thorough and thoughtful the Dr Mitchell Materna was. He took the time to explain his findings in detail and walked through a very structured, evidence-based treatment plan, including clear phases and goals. What stood out most was how much effort he put into educating us — breaking down the “why” behind each component of care rather than just recommending treatment. It’s clear he’s very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about long-term outcomes for his patients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a comprehensive and detail-oriented approach to chiropractic care.

Dr Ron Benson is a great chiropractor, a rare find in Bay area, Knows exactly what to do for each of his patients and does a great job in making sure patients do not have to go to Surgery. His treatment is NOT the same everytime, he can figure out where the problem is and knows how to correct. Every visit is different, unlike a lot of Bay area chiropractors who do the same standard adjustments every time. His office staff is truly awesome. I cannot find enough words. I've been coming here for about 6 months, I don't need to come as often as I used to. But I still come back because I like being adjusted, I got the x-rays in the begining and another x-ray after 3 months. I like how they show you how your posture has changed between the two X-Rays, I had a 12% better posture in my back in a certain spot but another disc wasn't moving. I had 3 herniated discs, i have fallen off the roof multiple times. I work as a roofer, l can still climb any roof I want. All thanks to Doctor Ron. If you have herniated discs and the entire internet tells you it will not heal, thats a lie. Your entire body can heal, as long as you constantly make your body your priority
